FINALLY! They have been waiting for me at the office for a while now, but today

I could finally try them on - and YES! I love them.

Wednesday this week Anita and I spent a whole day in studio to shoot two new Corebar DVD´s.

That´s a lot of hard work - but I think the end result will be great! :)

It´s not often I participate in other classes, but this weekend I joined a kettlebells class (girya) with my husband. The kettlebell class gave my body some new challenges - it was tough and intense but still fun.

I gave it my ALL (as you can see in the picture- haha)

and YES I'm sore today ;)

This thursday TeamCorebar spent a day to get to know each other even better and to put on paper the company values. Ended this great day with a really nice dinner at Tårnhuset.

Hesperia Madrid

I can highly reccomend Hotel Hesperia Madrid! After spending two days in a really lousy hotel outside Madrid (with the worst service ever) it was a dream arriving at this hotel!

The staff is really attentive and rooms are spacious and tastefully designed with fresh flowers and organic chocolates on the nightstand. But the best thing was the amazing buffet breakfast! A real treat :)
